Start at one end of the dish and place about ½ - ¾ cup of the individual ingredients. For this plating we utilized an elongated serving bowl in order to showcase all of the fresh, delicious, and colorful ingredients.
Chop and combine the lettuces, kale, and Swiss chard. I also mixed the sweet corn with the quinoa, however they are cooked separately.
Garnish salad with young green peppers.
