Pumpkin & Blueberry Smoothie

Serves: 16 oz
- Ingredients:
- ½ cup of pumpkin puree
- ¼ cup of frozen blueberries
- 3 Deglet Noor or Honey Dates, find them in the dried fruit section
- 1 cup of almond milk, chilled
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
- Using a blender, add pumpkin puree, frozen blueberries and dates, pulse a few times.
- In a small bowl combine almond milk, vanilla and cinnamon, stir.
- Pour almond milk mixture into blender and pulse all ingredients together.
- Pour into a glass.
- Serve.
