Pumpkin & Blueberry Smoothie

  • Ingredients:
  • ½ cup of pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup of frozen blueberries
  • 3 Deglet Noor or Honey Dates, find them in the dried fruit section
  • 1 cup of almond milk, chilled
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
Directions
  1. Using a blender, add pumpkin puree, frozen blueberries and dates, pulse a few times.
  2. In a small bowl combine almond milk, vanilla and cinnamon, stir.
  3. Pour almond milk mixture into blender and pulse all ingredients together.
  4. Pour into a glass.
  5. Serve.
