Pumpkin Spice Bark Candy

Ingredients
  • 10 oz Pumpkin Spice Morsels or Cinnamon Morsels
  • 12 oz. White Chocolate Morsels
  • ½ cup finely chopped pecans ( or other nuts)
  • ½ cup crushed pretzels (use gluten-free pretzels to make this candy gluten-free)
Directions
  1. Cover a large cookie sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  2. Crush the pretzels. You can easily do this without making a mess by placing the pretzels in a sealable plastic bag, sealing it, and then rolling a rolling pin over the pretzels until they are crushed.
  3. Place the pumpkin spice morsels in a glass bowl. Melt the pumpkin spice morsels in a microwave on high for one minute. Remove and stir. If the morsels are not melted, microwave for an additional 10 - 15 seconds.
  4. Stir the pecan pieces into the melted pumpkin spice morsels.
  5. Place the white chocolate morsels in a glass bowl. Melt the white chocolate morsels in a microwave on high for one minute. Remove and stir. If the morsels are not melted, microwave for an additional 10 - 15 seconds.
  6. Stir the pretzel pieces into the melted white chocolate morsels.
  7. Spoon the melted pumpkin spice morsels and melted white chocolate on to the cookie sheet. Alternative flavors.
  8. Drag a spatula through the melted morsels to blend them. Use the spatula to smooth the melted morsels and push them towards the sides of the cookie sheet.
  9. Place the cookie sheet into the freezer for 10 minutes or until the bark candy has solidified.
  10. Break the pumpkin spice bark candy into pieces. Place on a plate and serve.
