Apple Pie Overnight Oatmeal

Ingredients
  • ½ cup of rolled oats
  • ½ cup of apple sauce
  • ⅓ cup of sweetened vanilla almond milk or vanilla cashew milk
  • ½ tsp apple pie spice
  • 2 Tbsp chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp chopped apple pieces (optional)
  • Modifications: If you use regular, unsweetened almond milk or regular milk, add 1 tsp of honey and ¼ tsp of vanilla.
Directions
  1. Add the rolled oats to a mason jar or other lidded container.
  2. Add the almond milk, applesauce and spices. Stir until completely mixed.
  3. If you would like, add chopped walnuts and apple pieces.
  4. Seal the container and refrigerate for 6-8 hours. Serve cold.
