Ingredients
  • ½ cup Lactose Free Whole Milk Yogurt
  • 3-4 slices fresh Cantaloupe
  • 4-5 slices Gala Apples
  • 2 sliced Strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon Hemp Hearts
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Pistachios
  • 1 ounce Dark Chocolate Syrup
Directions
  1. Directions:
  2. On the inside of a glass squeeze about an ounce of dark chocolate syrup.
  3. Spoon in the glass a ½ cup of lactose-free yogurt.
  4. Add sliced cantaloupe, strawberries, and apples.
  5. Sprinkle hemp hearts and add chopped pistachios.
  6. Serve.
