Cantaloupe, Apple & Strawberry Yogurt Cup

- ½ cup Lactose Free Whole Milk Yogurt
- 3-4 slices fresh Cantaloupe
- 4-5 slices Gala Apples
- 2 sliced Strawberries
- 1 tablespoon Hemp Hearts
- 1 tablespoon chopped Pistachios
- 1 ounce Dark Chocolate Syrup
- Directions:
- On the inside of a glass squeeze about an ounce of dark chocolate syrup.
- Spoon in the glass a ½ cup of lactose-free yogurt.
- Add sliced cantaloupe, strawberries, and apples.
- Sprinkle hemp hearts and add chopped pistachios.
- Serve.
