Salted Caramel Apple Martini

- 8 oz. (1 cup) cup apple cider
- 4 oz. (about 2½ shots) salted caramel vodka
- 3 oz. (2 shots) butterscotch liqueur
- Salted Caramel Ice-Cream Topping
- Cinnamon sugar (to make your own, add 1 Tablespoon of cinnamon to ¼ cup granulated sugar)
- caramel candies, for garnish
- Line a small tray or baking sheet with wax or parchment paper and set aside.
- Add ¼ cup of the salted caramel topping to a shallow bowl.
- Add ¼ cup of cinnamon sugar to a shallow bowl.
- Dip the rim of each martini glass into the caramel topping.
- Then immediately dip the caramel coated glasses into the cinnamon sugar.
- Keep the glasses upside down and place on the lined tray. Chill for at least 15 minutes to allow the ingredients to “set.”
- Pour the apple cider, salted caramel vodka, and the butterscotch liqueur into a cocktail shaker and shake, shake, shake!
- Strain into 2 martini glasses and garnish with a caramel candy.
