Cranberry and Citrus Mint Cocktail

- 1 ounce agave nectar
- 1 ounce ginger beer
- 1.5 ounces tequila
- 2 ounces cran-apple juice
- 2 fresh mint leaves for muddling + 2 mint leaves for garnish
- 2 grapefruit slices for garnish
- ice cubes
- In the bottom of a cocktail shaker muddle two 2 fresh mint leaves.
- Add agave nectar, cran-apple juice, tequila, and ice.
- Secure the lid on the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled glass, top with ginger beer, and give it a slow swirl.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and slices of grapefruit.
- Serve.
