Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ Cup Molasses
  • 2 Tablespoons Roasted Garlic Minced (You can find this pre-roasted, minced and in a jar in your grocery. I prefer roasting whole bulbs of garlic on low in my oven for 2-3 hours then mincing myself)
  • 1 Cup Tomato Sauce
  • ½ Cup Water
  • ⅛ Cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • ⅛ Cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 Teaspoons Minced Dried Onion
  • 2 Teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard
Directions
  1. In medium saucepan, stir sauce ingredients over medium heat until well incorporated. Heat the sauce for an additional 4-5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. In large stockpan, place ribs of your choice (bone in or boneless) along with 5-6 cups water, 1 can low sodium chicken stock, 1 small onion sliced, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons black pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cover allowing to boil for 20-25 minutes on low-medium heat. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Brush ribs with pre-made sauce. Place on heated grill for 4-5 minutes on each side brushing with sauce between turnings. Since meat is already cooked through only leave on heat as long as it takes to get a nice grill char and flavor per your preference. Serve with a side of sauce for dipping.
