Mustard Dressed Grilled Salmon
Like many of us, Joanne is busy, too busy to cook sometimes so she creates recipes that are easy to prepare and ready in a flash. She has been trying to get her family to eat healthier and has been using some alternative ingredients to replace the processed foods and sugars. Her Mustard Dressed Grilled Salmon is a wonderful example of her fast, easy, and healthy recipes.

Joanne says, “The most difficult part of this undertaking is to make the foods taste as good as they should and getting my family to actually ‘like’ it. We still love our cookies and pizza and snack foods but I’m adding in more fresh vegetables and natural foods. I’m noticing that we are craving our favorites less and eating a more balanced ‘diet’.” For Joanne, sharing her recipes and what she learns along the way makes the challenge more fun. Thanks for hosting. Great feature this week. That salmon looks really wonderful and locally caught salmon is just becoming available in our area.
I’ve linked my Greek Pizza this week. Enjoy!
This Chimichurri sauce is delicious, but use a spoon to remove the seeds and ribs, don’t ask me how I know this…….
