I feel incredibly guilty sharing this recipe, not because you are going to become addicted to these cupcakes, which you are, but because they are so easy to make!
If you need a quick and easy, but uniquely delicious recipe, try these Gluten-Free Chai Latte Cupcakes.

Hello Alea!
Your cupcakes with the chia tea in it must taste special & they look so festive too!
MMMMMM,..georgous cupcakes & they would vbe great food gifts too!
Ha- I am drinking my first chai latte of the season as I read this. Fitting! But aren't all basic frostings GF? I make mine with powdered sugar and a splash of milk and vanilla. Either way, looks yummy!
Not all vanillas are gluten free. Check the label. I don't want my in-laws to have to buy a bottle of gf vanilla when we are only there for a couple days. This is an alternative for them, but I wouldn't normally use it in my home.
Oh yum! Chai cupcakes?! So cool!
BTW, did you know Saxifrage is my new housemate? I love living with another gluten-free person!
I did know that Saxifrage is your new housemate – I think it is wonderful! I think it is easier to love with other people who eitther need to be gf or are willing to be gf. It makes life so much easier!
Using chai tea bags in the milk to flavor the cupcakes is a great idea!! I'll be giving this a try.
Yum, these look amazing!
