  4. [...] Preheat oven to 375 F. Add oil to a large glass baking dish.I used expeller pressed coconut oil. Spread around to coat bottom of pan. In a medium bowl add dry bread crumbs. Add garlic powder. Add oregano. Add cayanne pepper. Add cheese and mix. If the chicken breasts are large I cut in half so they will have more coating After you cut in the chicken in half rinse under cool water and dip into mixture until coated. Lay evenly in the greased glass pan. I sprinkle any remaining coating on the top of the chicken. Bake for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches at least 165. F If you like them browned more on top put them under the broiler for a couple minutes. Crisps up the bread and cheese. Yummy.
