Real Food Deals – Week 1

real food deals
Welcome to the first week of Real Food Deals! This carnival is devoted to sharing methods for saving money on wholesome foods. Each of us will define real food a little differently and that is fine. Your deals don’t need to be organic, just healthier in some way. My working definition right now is foods that you can pronounce and your Grandma would recognize.

Your posts can be on anything related to saving money on real food. It can be very local (a how-to on foraging), nation wide (grocery chains or food companies offering coupons), on tips in general (a guide to shopping at Asian markets), or it can be a post on how to stretch your dollars by making your own “real food” (cheese, yoghurt, etc.). The only thing I ask is that it be current, so readers can benefit from the sales and coupons.

The linky will go up at midnight (EST) tonight and remain open until Friday at midnight. Multiple entries are welcome. Please include a link to this carnival in your post. Make sure you link directly to your post, not your blog’s URL, to make it easier for us to find your money saving tips!

Congratulations on your first week, Alea. You've got a great concept for a carnival. So many people struggle to find ways to make eating real food a reality. How wonderful to have a place to share ideas for stretching real food grocery money. Thank you for hosting :) I'm sharing a post about my vacuum sealer, which I'm pretty sure has saved me a small fortune over the years.

This is an awesome idea, and I hope you keep hosting this! Most of the deals that I get on Natural foods are pretty specific to my local area. I wish that I could share more deals that everyone could get!
