Gallery of Favorites
April of The 21st Century Housewife and I would like to welcome you to our weekend blog hop: Gallery of Favorites!

Thank you to everyone who submitted a link last week. This week we are featuring Homemade Sugar Scrub from Whole New Mom and Cajun Dynamic Duo from Ms. enPlace.

Adrienne shared a lovely and frugal Lavender Sugar Scrub that costs 93% less to make at home instead of buying it from a store. On Whole New Mom, you will find many healthy recipes, frugal resources and thoughtful discussions. Adrienne is also a co-host of the Allergy-Free Wednesday Blog Hop.

Michelle shared a dynamic duo: Cajun cooking and Cajun music! The Shrimp & Andouille Baked Potatoes is an amazing combination of shrimp & andouille jambalaya which she turned into a tasty sauce and poured over a baked potato. You are going to find delicious Louisiana recipes when you visit Ms. enPlace. Michelle also co-hosts See Ya in the Gumbo Potluck.

The Gallery of Favorites is a place for you to feature your favorite posts from your own blog. Although April and I both spend a lot of our time writing about food, we do have many other interests and we know our readers do as well. The Gallery of Favorites is a place for all bloggers – not just food bloggers – to share their ideas, interests and passions.

The Gallery of Favorites will remain open for entries until Monday afternoon. We hope that you will take the time to visit some of the other entries in our Gallery of Favorites. It is a great way to discover new writers, or a new side to some of your favorite bloggers.

    Hi Alea,

I linked up a recipe for Whiskey Sours. I wasn’t sure it really fit with your theme for the Hearth and Soul Hop. I do enjoy mixing up and sharing cocktails though.

    Thanks for hosting.

This week I’ve linked two baking recipes, my Garlic and Rosemary Focaccia and Pineapple Ginger Muffins. Although very different from one another they do share the characteristic of being very fragrant with herbs and spices. Enjoy.
