  1. I’m not sure whether you can call it coffee cake or not, but you sure can call it delicious! You know how much I love Chai Tea Latte – this cake sounds wonderful to me. Thank you so much for sharing it!

  2. Hi Alea,
Your Chai Spiced Coffee Cake looks so moist and delicious. I just love the combination of spice that you have put together for the recipe, I can almost taste it. I will make this for my granddaughter. Hope you are having a great week end and thank you so much for sharing with Full Plate Thursday.

  3. Looks delicious!! Where would I get the xanthan gum from? I’ve never heard of it before!
Thanks so much for linking up to Delicious Dish Tuesday! Please join us again tomorrow!

    • You can buy xanthan gum at your local health food store and many grocery stores. However, if you can eat gluten, replace the rice flour, tapioca flour, potato starch, and xanthan gum with 2 cups of all-purpose flour.

  4. Oh my goodness! I love all things chai tea. In fact, I’m having a delightful cup of homemade chai tea right now. (The best part is that it was a gift.) This cake looks so fantastic!!!

With 4 other bloggers, we’re launching an allergy-free blog hop tomorrow. (I believe you host your own blog hop as well…I try to participate weekly.) I’d love for you to submit this recipe! Our readers would love it. You can find it at willingcook.com. Thanks! Hope to see you there.

  5. This recipe sounds amazing! My mom was recently put on a gluten free/dairy free/ soy free diet (yikes, I know!) but I think she could actually eat this so I will have to give it a whirl :) Thanks for sharing it at Delicious Dish Tuesday.

  6. This looks delish! I want some now, please! We love almond milk and the recipe is just perfect for our home and DF lifestyle. I like to add essential oils to my foods, so I think I will alter that part. I can’t wait to make it! Thanks! :)
