Gluten-Free Double Chocolate Pizookie (Pizza-Cookie)

My husband and kids prepared dinner for Mother’s Day. My husband grilled steaks and my daughter made Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Cauliflower and Green Beans with Garlic.
