Otakupalooza Anime-Con at Joe Crowley Student Union UNR
10:00 am to 11:00 pm

Kids Klub Wolf Pack Night at Scheels
6:00 pm to 6:30 pm

Explore the Titanic at the National Automobile Museum
9:30 am to 1:00 pm
Join us for a first-person, live presentation from the perspective of a passenger on Titanic’s maiden voyage. View the dome show “Night of the Titanic” with sections on deck, at sea and under the ocean. Participate in a hands-on workshop assembling and testing a radio transmitter and Morse Code key, and take a simulated dive aboard a submersible to Titanic’s final resting place. Tahoe Truckee Earth Day

Our local Earth Day celebration is one of the largest environmental education events in the area. The event provides local residents and visitors an opportunity to learn about the various environmental issues that affect the North Lake Tahoe – Truckee Region. The North Lake Tahoe/Truckee Earth Day festival is hosted primarily by volunteers of the Tahoe Earth Day Foundation, a local non-profit, with the support of other non-profits, local agencies, businesses and dedicated supporters. Baby Animal Days at Andelin Family Farm
10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Come see all the baby animals including chicks, ducklings, bunnies, piglets, lambs, goat kids and calves along with our other friendly and cute farm animals. Reno Earth Day at Idle Wild Park

The first major outdoor festival of the season. Join the Reno Earth Day celebration in Reno’s picturesque Idlewild Park. Thirty-nine acres of engaging activities, stages of live music and entertainment, over 9 themed areas, educational workshops, arts and crafts, contests with prizes, and unique exhibitor experience. A diverse array of Earth Day perspectives from across the High Sierra and neighboring regions collaborate to create new content, celebration the planet we share. Kids on Big Rigs at High Desert Montessori Campus

Kids on Big Rigs is a fun and educational event for the entire family. Attendees can explore police cars, fire trucks, helicopters, snow plows, tow trucks, cement trucks, and over 25 other Big Rigs. Children and adults can ask questions and learn about each rig from the experts who operate them!! Admission is $4 per person.
