Pressure Cooker Southwest Chicken

Ingredients
  • 2 – 3 lbs. bl/sl chicken
  • 1 cup your favorite salsa
  • ½ cup water
Directions
  1. Pour water in the pressure cooker.
  2. Place the chicken pieces in the pressure cooker.
  3. Pour salsa over the top of the chicken.
  4. Place the lid on the pressure cooker; Bring to high pressure, reduce heat to stabilize pressure and cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Release pressure by putting the pressure cooker in the sink and running cool water over it.
  6. Serve while warm.
Notes
You can shred the chicken with two forks and use the shredded chicken in tacos, quesadillas, and other dishes.
