Ham with Mustard Sauce
 
Ingredients
  • Ham
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour (or 1½ teaspoon corn starch)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons Mustard (or gluten-free mustard)
Directions
  1. Cook ham according to package directions.
  2. Melt butter; stir in flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook over low heat until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
  4. Remove from heat; stir in milk. Reheat to boiling, stirring constantly.
  5. Stir in mustard.
  6. Spoon mustard sauce over pork chops.
