Peas with Basil
 
Ingredients
  • 2 - 2½ lbs. frozen peas, thawed
  • 2 Tablespoon butter
  • 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced - use the tops too!
  • 1 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 teaspoons basil
Directions
  1. Melt butter; add green onions; cook until tender but not brown.
  2. Stir in peas, parsley, and basil.
  3. Cook covered over medium-low heat for 5 minutes or until tender.
