Peppermint Mocha Coffee Creamer

- 14 oz. condensed milk
- 2½ cups milk
- 3 - 4 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Combine all of the ingredients in a pitcher. Stir vigorously or place a lid on the container and shake to thoroughly combine ingredients.
- Add to coffee.
- Store unused creamer in the refrigerator.
