Wash all produce well, pat dry with a paper towel, and cut as indicated. Some items will be minced, others diced. The variety of cuts will build the chunkiness and body of your salsa.
Mix all of the listed ingredients together.
Stir well so that all of the ingredients have had the chance to mingle.
Taste. What else does your salsa need? For more sweetness add additional yellow peppers and cucumber. For more savory add additional garlic, cilantro, and tomato.
Once the salsa is as desired, cover your bowl with plastic wrap and allow it to set in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. The longer it sits, the better the flavor will be!
