- 1 15oz. Can Garbanzo Beans {drain but reserve liquid to be used later}
- 2 Teaspoons crushed garlic
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
- ⅛ Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- In a blender or food processor pulse on low speed: garbanzo beans, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt and olive oil.
- Gradually add extra liquid from beans if desired to make thinner consistency.
- Chill and serve.
