Traditional Hummus Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 15oz. Can Garbanzo Beans {drain but reserve liquid to be used later}
  • 2 Teaspoons crushed garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • ⅛ Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Directions
  1. In a blender or food processor pulse on low speed: garbanzo beans, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt and olive oil.
  2. Gradually add extra liquid from beans if desired to make thinner consistency.
  3. Chill and serve.
