Ingredients
  • 1 15oz Can Garbanzo Beans {drained}
  • 1 8oz Container Low Fat Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Basil
  • 2 Teaspoons crushed garlic
  • 1 medium tomato diced
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Teaspoons Olive Oil
Directions
  1. In blender or food processor pulse on low speed: garbanzo beans, cottage cheese, basil, garlic, tomato, salt and olive oil until smooth.
  2. Chill and Serve.
