Slow Cooker Honey Mustard Chicken Made in a Wonderbag

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into tenders
  • 4 medium potatoes, washed and cut in bite size pieces
  • 1 pound of baby carrots
  • ½ cup mustard
  • ½ cup honey
Honey Mustard Sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup mustard
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Directions
  1. Add the olive oil to the pot. Place the chicken pieces in the pot and cook over a medium- high flame until the chicken is browned on all sides.
  2. Remove the chicken from the pot.
  3. Place the potato pieces and carrots in the pot and saute for 10 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the honey and mustard together.
  5. Add the chicken to the vegetables. Coat with the honey mustard sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Place the lid on the pot and place the pot in the Wonderbag for a minimum of 1½ hours.
  7. Make the honey mustard sauce by combining the honey, mustard, and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Use a whisk to blend the ingredients.
  8. When you are ready to serve dinner, plate the food and drizzle the honey mustard sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
