Chai Spiced French Toast

  • 8 - 12 slices of bread (I used gluten-free)
  • 3 eggs
  • ¾ cup milk (I used almond milk)
  • 1½ teaspoons chai spice
  1. Place eggs in a large, shallow dish. Beat the eggs with a whisk or fork.
  2. Add milk and spices and mix well.
  3. Lay the bread in the egg mixture. Let it sit for a couple of seconds. Then flip it and let it sit on the other side for a few seconds.
  4. Place on greased griddle. Cook on each side for 2 - 3 minutes or until the bread is browned.
