Mixed Berry and Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 4 oz. yogurt (I often use berry flavored yogurt)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 2 cups frozen berries (I use a mix of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and/or blackberries)
  • 4 oz. juice (I often use cranberry-blueberry juice)
Directions
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on high until thoroughly mixed. If the blender get stuck, turn it off and use a spoon to mix up the ingredients. Place the lid back on and blend some more.
Notes
Makes 16 ounce smoothie.
