Pineapple Mango Salsa Recipe + Homemade Tortilla Chips

- Salsa Ingredients:
- 3 medium mangoes
- ¼ of a medium pineapple
- ½ medium red onion
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- ½ red bell pepper
- ½ green bell pepper
- 5-6 sprigs of cilantro
- fresh lemon juice
- garlic salt
- cumin
- red pepper flakes
- sea salt
- Peel and dice the mangoes and pineapple. Combine them in a medium bowl and set aside.
- Dice the peppers, onion, and cilantro and add to the mango and pineapple mixture.
- Add fresh lemon juice, garlic salt, cumin, red pepper flakes, and sea salt to taste. Stir well to blend flavors.
- Allow salsa to chill for 2-3 hours before serving for more intense flavors.
