Pineapple Mango Salsa Recipe + Homemade Tortilla Chips

  • Salsa Ingredients:
  • 3 medium mangoes
  • ¼ of a medium pineapple
  • ½ medium red onion
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • ½ red bell pepper
  • ½ green bell pepper
  • 5-6 sprigs of cilantro
  • fresh lemon juice
  • garlic salt
  • cumin
  • red pepper flakes
  • sea salt
  1. Peel and dice the mangoes and pineapple. Combine them in a medium bowl and set aside.
  2. Dice the peppers, onion, and cilantro and add to the mango and pineapple mixture.
  3. Add fresh lemon juice, garlic salt, cumin, red pepper flakes, and sea salt to taste. Stir well to blend flavors.
  4. Allow salsa to chill for 2-3 hours before serving for more intense flavors.
