Grilled Sweet N' Spicy Bacon Wrapped Chicken Skewers

- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½-3/4 lb. bacon
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- wooden skewers
- In a small bowl combine-brown sugar, chili powder, cumin, and garlic salt.
- Cut chicken into small bite sized pieces.
- Cut bacon pieces into thirds.
- Wrap each piece of chicken with a half piece of bacon.
- Roll in brown sugar mixture.
- Slide each wrapped chicken piece onto your skewer, continue until each skewer is full, leaving a little space between each.
- Place on hot grill and cook until chicken is cooked thoroughly, internal temperature of chicken should be about 165 degrees.
