Grilled Sweet N' Spicy Bacon Wrapped Chicken Skewers

  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½-3/4 lb. bacon
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • wooden skewers
  1. In a small bowl combine-brown sugar, chili powder, cumin, and garlic salt.
  2. Cut chicken into small bite sized pieces.
  3. Cut bacon pieces into thirds.
  4. Wrap each piece of chicken with a half piece of bacon.
  5. Roll in brown sugar mixture.
  6. Slide each wrapped chicken piece onto your skewer, continue until each skewer is full, leaving a little space between each.
  7. Place on hot grill and cook until chicken is cooked thoroughly, internal temperature of chicken should be about 165 degrees.
