Parmesan Crusted Fried Green Beans

1 lb. fresh green beans 1 cup of all-purpose flour ½ cup Parmesan Cheese ½ cup Italian bread crumbs 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 egg ½ cup milk 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 tsp. black pepper oil for frying
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. fresh green beans
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • oil for frying
Directions
  1. Heat 2-3" of oil in frying pan.
  2. Grab 3 shallow bowls for breading.
  3. Place flour in the first bowl.
  4. Combine egg and milk in the second bowl.
  5. In your third bowl mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and pepper.
  6. Wash green beans and immediately dredge them in flour, egg mixture, and breadcrumb mixture-in this order.
  7. Drop coated green beans into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
  8. Remove from oil and place on paper towel lined plate to drain.
  9. Serve while still warm.
