Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Recipe type: Side Dish
  • 1 lb. Brussels Sprouts
  • 1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • ½ tsp. Sea Salt
  • ½ tsp. ground Black pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. Chop off end of Brussels sprouts then cut in half.
  3. Toss sprouts, Balsamic vinegar, olive oil, seat salt, honey, and black pepper until well coated.
  4. Spread out on baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the begin to blacken, remove from oven, flip and bake another 10-12 minutes.
  6. Place sprouts back in bowl and toss again in remaining liquid mixture.
  7. Serve hot.
