Black Bean Chocolate Pudding

Serves: 2 cups
- 1 can reduced sodium black beans
- ⅓ cup unsweetened almond or soy milk
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil, melted
- 1 individual packet of stevia
- Optional: bananas
- Rinse and drain the beans and pour them into a high power blender or food processor.
- Add the remaining ingredients and puree until smooth.
- Refrigerate or serve. Top individual servings with banana slices if desired.
