Semi Homemade: S'more Candy Apple

  • 4 Apples
  • 4 Bags of Craft Caramels
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1-2 Cups Mini Marshmallows
  • Chocolate Syrup
  1. Over medium heat place a large sauce pan, then add milk
  2. Remove caramels from packaging and place into milk, stir frequently (do not allow to boil)
  3. Remove stems from apples, rinse and pat dry
  4. Place wood stick in top of apples where the stem should be
  5. Hold on to wood stick and dip apple into warm caramel, use a large tablespoon to help evenly coat warm caramel over apple
  6. Remove and place apple on wax paper with the wood stick pointing upward
  7. Carefully place mini marshmallows all over caramel apple, circle side down
  8. Using a chef's torch toast mini marshmallows
  9. Place cookie sheet with wax paper and apples inside of the refrigerator so caramel can set.
  10. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the marshmallows.
