- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup fresh or frozen broccoli, chopped
- 3 carrots, diced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup sweet corn
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- If you don't have leftover rice, cook 1 cup of rice according to the package directions.
- Cut broccoli into bite sized pieces. Peel and cut carrots into thin slices.
- Stir-fry broccoli and carrots in olive oil and garlic powder for 4-5 minutes.
- Stir in rice, salt, soy sauce, and honey. Cook until heated through.
