Chicken Parmesan Nuggets

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¾ cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 T. milk
- ½ cup flour
- marinara for dipping
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut chicken breasts into small bite sized pieces, approximately 1" x 1".
- In a shallow dish combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic salt, and pepper.
- In a second dish whisk together egg and milk.
- Add flour to a third shallow dish.
- Coat chicken pieces in the following order- flour, milk and egg mixture, bread crumb mixture.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or a silpat mat.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with marinara to finish off the Chicken Parmesan flavor!
