Orange-Spice Ham Glaze

  • ½ cup pear sauce (or apple sauce)
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Add ½ cup of water and ham to a large baking dish. Cover with foil and reheat a cooked ham for 10 minutes per pound at 325 degrees.
  3. minutes before the ham is done, top with glaze and cook without foil for remaining 20 minutes.
