Baked Spaghetti Alfredo with Chopped Steak and Bacon

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Spaghetti
  • 1 two-pound Sirloin Steak, chopped
  • 1½ pound bacon, crispy
  • 2 jars Alfredo sauce
  • 1 large sweet onion, chopped
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • sea salt or Kosher salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper
Directions
  1. Prep ahead. Fry up a mess of bacon to crispy perfection and set aside on paper towel to absorb excess grease. Chop steak and brown in a hot skillet with EVOO, butter and sea salt and black pepper. Sauté sweet onion until translucent.
  2. Prepare spaghetti according to package instructions. Cook until al dente and drain off water using a colander, return spaghetti to the pot and toss with EVOO, sea salt and pepper.
  3. Add chopped steak, onions, parsley, and Alfredo sauce. Toss together.
  4. Pour contents into a casserole dish and top with copious and obscene amounts of crispy thick-cut bacon.
  5. Heat on 350 for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve.
