Cinnabon French Toast with Raspberry Cream Cheese

French Toast Batter Ingredients: 4 slices of good quality white bread 2 farm fresh eggs ½ cup whole milk ½ heavy cream 2 Tbsp granulated sugar 2 Tbsp brown sugar 1 Tbsp pure vanilla extract 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon ¼ Tsp ground nutmeg ¼ Tsp ground cloves 6 Tbsp unsalted sweet cream butter pinch of sea salt

  1. In a large bowl crack two farm fresh eggs, add cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, add granulated sugar, brown sugar and pinch of sea salt. Whisk together until well combined.
  2. Add whole milk, heavy cream and vanilla extract.
  3. Place slices of bread in a large high-walled pan and pour batter over bread. Allow bread to soak in French toast batter for ten minutes, then turn bread over and repeat for ten more minutes.
  4. In a skillet over med-high heat melt three Tbsp of butter. When butter in melted add French toast and brown on both sides.
  5. Raspberry Cream Cheese Ingredients:
  6. ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  7. fresh raspberries, rinsed
  8. Tbsp granulated sugar
  9. cup heavy cream
  10. In the bowl of stand-mixer fitted with the whisk attachment add cream cheese.
  11. On low-speed add raspberries, granulated sugar and whisk until smooth, adding heavy cream a little at a time.
  12. Increase speed to med-high and whip mixture until light and fluffy.
  13. Spoon Raspberry Cream Cheese into a bowl.
  14. Serve.
