Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

- 10 ounces frozen spinach
- 14.5 ounce can artichokes, diced
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray medium baking dish with non-stick cooking spray (8"x8")
- Cook the frozen spinach according to package directions. You may want to drain if it has excess liquid after cooking.
- Combine all ingredients until well mixed, then pour into baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and cooked through.
