Roasted Balsamic Broccoli

  • 4 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets
  • 3 T. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 T. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • Optional: Parmesan cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 450°.
  2. Stir broccoli, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic salt in a large bowl until thoroughly combined.
  3. Spread broccoli onto a large baking sheet
  4. Roast for 20 minutes or until edges begin to singe and blacken, stirring once on pan halfway through.
  5. When broccoli is done transfer to bowl, drizzle with additional balsamic vinegar, and sprinkle with a bit of parmesan cheese if desired.
