Mason Jar Strawberry Crisp Recipe

  • Strawberry Crisp Ingredients:
  • 16 oz fresh strawberries, washed and diced
  • 6-8 4oz jelly jars
  • brown sugar
  • butter
  • Crumble Topping Ingredients:
  • ½ C. rolled oats
  • ½ C. flour
  • ⅓ C. brown sugar
  • 4 tbs. butter, melted
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar and melted butter. Mix well to make the crumb topping mixture.
  3. Fill each 4 oz jelly jar all the way with diced strawberries. Gently tap down.
  4. Scoop 2-3 tablespoons of crumble topping onto the top of each jar.
  5. Repeat with all your jars. You may have strawberries left over.
  6. Place all the jars on a rimmed baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool a few minutes prior to eating.
