Strawberry Rhubarb Overnight Oatmeal

- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup strawberry Greek yogurt
- ⅓ vanilla almond milk
- ¼ cup sliced rhubarb
- 4 strawberries, diced
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- Add the rolled oats to a mason jar or another lidded container.
- Add the yogurt, almond milk, and cinnamon and stir thoroughly.
- Add the strawberries and rhubarb. Stir them in or leave them on top of the mixture.
- Seal the container and refrigerate for 6-8 hours. Serve cold.
