Ingredients
  • ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats (use gluten-free rolled oats to make it gluten free)
  • ⅔ cup sweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 Tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1 Tablespoon of mini chocolate chips
  • 1 Tablespoon of dried cranberries
  • 1 Tablespoon of raw unsalted sunflower seeds
  • Modifications: If you use regular, unsweetened almond milk or regular milk, add 1 tsp of honey and ¼ tsp of vanilla.
Directions
  1. Add the rolled oats to a mason jar or another lidded container.
  2. Add the vanilla almond milk and peanut butter. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Add mini chocolate chips, cranberries, and sunflower seeds. Stir until thoroughly mixed and seal the container.
  4. Refrigerate overnight or until the liquid is absorbed and oats are soft (6-8 hours). Serve cold.
