Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles
- ⅓ cup fresh sliced strawberries
- 8 ounces plain drinkable yogurt
- 8 ounces of plain simple syrup
- 8 ounces of strawberry simple syrup
- 1 Popsicle mold
- ounce plain liquid yogurt, 1 teaspoon of simple syrup, and one slice of strawberry into each Popsicle mold.
- Place molds into the Popsicle holder and freeze for 1 hour.
- Remove molds from the freezer and add 1½ ounces of strawberry simple syrup and two slices of strawberry.
- Pour in the liquid yogurt until you reach the fill line.
- Return molds to the freezer for 2-3 hours or overnight.
- Remove from the freezer and remove Popsicles from their molds by running tepid water over the mold to release.
- Serve.
