Fruit, Chia & Trail Mix Yogurt Cup

- ½ cup Plain or Vanilla Yogurt
- ½ tbsp Chia Seeds
- ½ Dark Chocolate Covered Hemp Seeds
- 1 tbsp Organic Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp Trail Mix
- 2 Fresh Strawberries
- 3 Granny Smith Apple Slices
- 4 Golden Berries cut in half
- 8 Fresh Blueberries
- Directions:
- Drizzle a tablespoon of maple syrup into the bottom of a glass.
- Spoon half a cup of lactose-free yogurt into a glass.
- Add sliced strawberries, golden berries , blueberries, and apples.
- Sprinkle on the trail mix, dark chocolate covered hemp seeds and chia seeds.
- Serve.
