Ingredients
  • ½ cup Plain or Vanilla Yogurt
  • ½ tbsp Chia Seeds
  • ½ Dark Chocolate Covered Hemp Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Organic Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Trail Mix
  • 2 Fresh Strawberries
  • 3 Granny Smith Apple Slices
  • 4 Golden Berries cut in half
  • 8 Fresh Blueberries
Directions
  1. Directions:
  2. Drizzle a tablespoon of maple syrup into the bottom of a glass.
  3. Spoon half a cup of lactose-free yogurt into a glass.
  4. Add sliced strawberries, golden berries , blueberries, and apples.
  5. Sprinkle on the trail mix, dark chocolate covered hemp seeds and chia seeds.
  6. Serve.
