Oatmeal Cookie Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  • 1 cup whole oats
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon molasses
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ½ cup milk
Directions
  1. Choose a container with a lid. Mason jars work well for this. You can also use glass containers with hinged lids that seal tight.
  2. Mix everything together in a bowl and make sure everything is evenly distributed. It will be more liquidy than you may be used to when you make hot oatmeal. Don't worry, it will soak into the oats and not be that way the next morning.
  3. Store in the refrigerator overnight. If you will be making this to eat in the same day, it will need to be in the fridge at least 6 hours. Stir it up a little before you eat it.
  4. Serve cold as you dash out the door.
