Thinly slice fruit using a large mandoline slicer .
Arrange fruit on the inside bottom of the bundt cake pan.
In a large measuring cup or bowl add 4 cups of water, sparkling water or clear soda.
Add ½ cup of granulated sugar and spices into the liquid and stir until the sugar dissolves.
Very slowly, pour the liquid into the bundt cake pan. Rearrange fruit as needed.
Place bundt cake pan into the freezer up to 4-6 hours.
To remove ice ring set the bundt cake pan into a warm bowl of warm water for about a minute.
Remove bundt cake pan from water and place a plate on to of the cake pan, place a hand firmly onto the back center of the plate and flip over. The ice ring should easily slide out.
