Apple Cider Sour with Meringue Rim

- 1 oz. Lemon Sour Mix
- 1⅓ oz. Ginger Bourbon
- 3.5 oz. Honey Crisp Cider
- 3 Whole Cranberries
- Peppermint Meringue
- In a cocktail shaker add ginger bourbon, lemon sour mix, maple syrup, honey crisp apple cider, and fresh ice.
- Place the lid on the cocktail shaker and give it a good shake for 30 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass with a meringue rim and filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with whole fresh cranberries.
- Serve.
