Cranberry and Sugar Plum Ice Ring
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup whole Cranberries
- 2 -3 springs of Rosemary
- 2 - 3 Ripe Plums
- 6 cups water
- 1 Bundt Cake Pan
- In a bowl add water and sugar, stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the sugar water mixture into the Bundt cake pan.
- Add whole cranberries and sprigs of rosemary.
- Place the Bundt cake pan into the freezer section for 45-minutes.
- Remove from the freezer and add the slices of sugared plums.
- Return to freezer and remove after two hours. This ice ring can be made a day or two ahead.
- Add the ice ring to your punch bowl and serve.
