Salted Caramel Apple Martini

  • 8 oz. (1 cup) cup apple cider
  • 4 oz. (about 2½ shots) salted caramel vodka
  • 3 oz. (2 shots) butterscotch liqueur
  • Salted Caramel Ice-Cream Topping
  • Cinnamon sugar (to make your own, add 1 Tablespoon of cinnamon to ¼ cup granulated sugar)
  • caramel candies, for garnish
  1. Line a small tray or baking sheet with wax or parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Add ¼ cup of the salted caramel topping to a shallow bowl.
  3. Add ¼ cup of cinnamon sugar to a shallow bowl.
  4. Dip the rim of each martini glass into the caramel topping.
  5. Then immediately dip the caramel coated glasses into the cinnamon sugar.
  6. Keep the glasses upside down and place on the lined tray. Chill for at least 15 minutes to allow the ingredients to “set.”
  7. Pour the apple cider, salted caramel vodka, and the butterscotch liqueur into a cocktail shaker and shake, shake, shake!
  8. Strain into 2 martini glasses and garnish with a caramel candy.
