Mardi Gras Ice Ring

  • 1 navel orange, sliced
  • 2 blood oranges, sliced
  • 2 sweet limes, sliced
  • ⅓ cup multi-colored jelly beans
  • ⅓ cup juju fruits chewy fruit candy
  • ⅓ cup dots fruit flavored candy
  • 2 cups of crushed ice or ice cubes
  • 3 bottles King Cake Soda
  1. Slice citrus fruit and arrange a single layer on the bottom of the Bundt cake pan.
  2. Scatter candy generously over sliced fruit.
  3. Add 2 cups of crushed or party ice.
  4. Place the final layer of sliced fruit and candy.
  5. Slowly add 3 bottles of King Cake soda.
  6. Place Bundt cake into the freezer section of your fridge.
  7. Allow the ice ring to freeze for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  8. Remove the Bundt cake pan and place it into a sink with 2 inches of warm water.
  9. Place a plate over the top of the ice ring and turn it out onto the plate.
  10. Put the King Cake Ice Ring into the bottom of the punch bowl.
